The service will provide a resilient referral mgmt system between the hrs of 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday excl Bank Holidays to ensure that all referrals are processed efficiently. The provider will act as the first point of contact for service users, families, and significant others, coordinating referrals to other agencies as required and acting in the best interests of the service user and their families.
