Eligible participants will reside in or attend schools within the electoral wards of Darton East, Darton West, Old Town and St Helens. The programme will be innovative, creative and will seek to develop new approaches to working with this group of young people. Outcomes will focus on attendance attainment and progression onto next step post 16 learning options that fulfil individual potential and help achieve aspirational career ambitions. Commissioners wish to invite interested providers to meet with them to refine the model and approach.
