## Summary

The Ministry of Defence has completed the award stage of a selective procurement process for technical support services under the title "704471450-MSS/143-PD4-009 CAN". This framework, aimed at increasing operational efficiency, allowed for call-off contracts awarded to 28 suppliers. The contract, carried out under DSPCR 2011 regulations, covers worldwide locations including the UK, British Overseas Territories, and beyond. The procurement method was a restricted procedure, concluding with an active award to Expleo UK Limited on 12th August 2025, initiating the contract period on 9th September 2025 through to 7th March 2026.

This framework agreement presents significant opportunities for both SMEs and large enterprises, providing a pathway for diverse businesses to engage in regular mini-competitions for service provision. Such arrangements encourage business growth through participation in technical support projects for the maritime sector, benefiting suppliers capable of delivering expert support in engineering and technical disciplines.
