The provision of a tracked, next day Specialist Pharmacy Courier Service, under temperature controlled conditions. Collection will be from Prospect Park Hospital Pharmacy. To be delivered to the patient's address, care home or clinic. This agreement will be for the use of Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The contract duration will be for 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 1+1 years.
