## Notice

The provider will develop, promote and provide a bespoke mental health training package with a range of courses addressing: * How to promote mental health resilience and wellbeing in the community through building awareness and resilience amongst citizens and carers. * Mental health training for front line workers (including volunteers and community leaders) who are not mental health professionals but have regular face to face interaction with vulnerable people to increase skills and confidence to recognise people with mental health problems and offer appropriate support. * Workplace mental health training for managers and employees (initially in Nottingham City Council and Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), to build an understanding of mental health in the workplace, increase resilience and reduce absenteeism related to mental health problems in the workplace. The provider will develop course content in partnership with mental health professionals in agreement with Nottingham City Council and Nottingham City CCG.
