## Notice

The contract will include responsive repairs and maintenance as follows: * Passive & Active fire protection, including all / any associated works * Windows, Doors, frames, linings and casings in compliance with Approved Document B * Associated sundry building works * All scaffolding, mobile towers, hydraulic lifts and working platforms to facilitate the works * Repair all external associated repairs Repair all external associated repairs Each contract will provide all of the works, with a maximum term for each contract of three years.
