## Summary

The NHS North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), through the eMBED Health Consortium, has awarded a contract for the Non-Emergency Patient Transportation Service, aimed at ensuring high-quality, patient-focused transport for North Lincolnshire patients. The contract is valued at approximately £7,602,347 and spans from 6th March 2019 to 5th March 2024, with provisions for two optional one-year extensions. The procurement method used was an open procedure, and the contract is classified under health services (CPV code: 85100000), with delivery primarily in the Yorkshire and the Humber region of the United Kingdom.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in patient transport and healthcare services, particularly those that are small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs). Companies with experience in high-quality service delivery, strong logistical capabilities, and a commitment to sustainability are well-suited to compete. Additionally, organisations that can demonstrate compliance with local eligibility criteria for patient transport services will find this a strategic opportunity to grow within the health care sector.
