## Notice

Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the works at the Chilton site (Chilton Oxon OX14 0 RQ) as listed below: * Removal of existing timber doors and frames on one 2-storey and one 4-storey block plant rooms replacing with new metal doors and frames. * Provision and supervision of a contract crane to lift materials, equipment and ensure clearance of waste from high level roof areas on a planned day coinciding with door installation. * Provision of labour to dismantle redundant duct work and waste from site currently situated within the 4th floor plant room. SITE VISITS Attendance at a site visit is a mandatory part of the tender process. The Site Visits will be held w/c 11th December 2017. Please contact Stuart Hosier by email (stuart.hosier@phe.gov.uk) to arrange a site visit by 14.00pm Friday 8th December 2017 to confirm the name of the representatives (maximum 2 per company).
