The proposed locations for this service will be a matter for each Bidder to propose. The Market Engagement Event will take place on Thursday 5th October 2017 at 7pm in Bury St Edmunds. Full details of this event will be supplied once you have registered to attend. If you wish to express your interest in attending this event then please email england.dentaleast@nhs.net for the attention of Arthur Richards. Places are strictly limited therefore reservations are restricted to no more than 2 persons per organisation. Please ensure you have expressed an interest in attending the event by no later than 2.00pm on Tuesday 3rd October 2017. The Market Engagement event will; * Give an overview of the service being procured * Provide details of the contract type, length and any particular conditions * Explain the procurement process and the anticipated timelines The Contract will be for a minimum period of five years. The contract for this service will be a Personal Dental Agreement (PDS) contract, with a Service commencement date of 1 April 2018. The contract value is PS184,600 per annum over the 5 year period. TUPE will apply to this contract. Please note that an expression of interest in this market event will not automatically entitle involvement in any future procurement exercise.
