## Notice

Cambridge City Council are seeking to appoint an Electrical Engineering Consultancy to help deliver building electrical network, communal amenity / emergency lighting improvements and any associated building works at our Bermuda Terrace Estate in Cambridge. There are seventy-three existing residential properties (that are a mix of Council tenants and leaseholders) two garage blocks, community room and various external communal areas.
