The key skillset required from the Specialist IT Commercial Services Supplier are: - Experience of negotiating with technical suppliers on major complex transactions of values in excess of PS100m per negotiation - Robust record of value for money optimisation when exiting large complex contracts with challenging suppliers - Deep technical ability in the areas of Applications, Hosting, Networks, Desktop, Service Management. - Strategic insight and experience of delivering Outsourcing/Insourcing projects and associated risk. - Experience of working with major public and private sector clients with an understanding of government governance processes and protocol.
