Ensure decisions are recorded and actions managed to completion. Set, agree and monitor tolerances, escalation triggers and gateways supporting successful delivery of the programme. Develop, monitor and assure knowledge and information processes that conform with the organisation standards. Quality assure and challenge the organisation to align, comply and follow the agreed processes. Implement, monitor and enable continuous improvement through process, sharing and embedding lessons learned. Report and communicate activities, key messages and sharing opportunities. Own a programme of project delivery masterclasses. Provide coordination, direction and guidance to the team. Ensure that individual and organisational learning opportunities are fully exploited in order to enhance organisational capability.
