The consultant will provide support to both Cumbria County Council and Eden District Council during the remainder of the pre-application stage of the Development Consent Order (DCO) (Spring 2022), DCO submission including Acceptance and Pre-examination, Examination and Post Decision including detailed design development. Cumbria County Council and Eden District Council are consultees in the DCO process and are classified as "host authorities' and have an important role in the process in providing a local perspective and influencing the preparation of the DCO.
