The overarching aims of the project are as follows: - To assess the risks of divergence or different regimes that may follow EU exit. - To provide Defra with the evidence to understand what the best outcome would be for a post EU-exit UK RoHS regime - To reduce risks from any regulatory uncertainty of a post EU-exit UK RoHS regime.
