The Council (Authority) wishes to work with a Brokerage to manage the sale/disposal of all recycling products that Ubico collects from residential properties within the Borough. This will cover the sale of sorted dry recycling materials, and some unsorted or partially sorted material, into the reprocessing markets. The Authority is looking to ensure that arrangements for future sales of recycling materials are able to accommodate additional materials in line with those specified in the Environment Act 2021 which the authority may not currently collect and dispose of, or materials which the authority would like to collect and dispose of in the future.
