Help to Grow: Management has been running for c.15 months and is now at a stage where the infrastructure is ready to mature in order to improve the efficient management of the programme. In order to support this objective, CABS is looking to engage with a suitably qualified and experienced partner to develop, deploy and integrate a centralised CRM platform which is capable of meeting key project objectives: - Provide a 360 degree view of course participants - Centralise data into the CRM from key platforms in the current ecosystem (see ecosystem diagram) - Automate marketing activity and outreach to individuals expressing an interest - Have full visibility of anticipated programme numbers - Reduce admin for CABS central team - Reduce admin for Business School partners - Drive course participation numbers - Enhance the quality and accuracy of programme reporting for both internal teams and partners to support monitoring and evaluation of the programme Tender Submission (Respond By) by no later than 12pm Friday 21 October.
