Of our 65,000 homes, more than 70% are let at a social or affordable rent, while around 10,000 are owned or part-owned by the people who live in them. Guinness Property is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Guinness Partnership and carries out responsive repairs, empty homes work (including component replacement works (kitchens, bathrooms) to around 46,000 properties in the North West, North East, South Central, South Coast and London regions. In order to achieve our objectives, Guinness Property is looking to re-procure its existing contractor framework for responsive repairs and empty homes. The framework will be for a 4-year duration. The frameworks will cover the following works/services: Responsive repairs; Provision of day to day responsive repairs (with the option to also provide out of hours) to support Guinness Property's in-house repairs delivery service.
