This project, which is part of major improvements to the existing A47, replaces the existing single carriageways between North Tuddenham and Easton with a dual carriageway, linking the existing dual carriageway at North Tuddenham to the Southern Norwich Bypass at Easton. The route is offline and crosses the existing A47 at three separate locations. Notice to Proceed is expected to be received in October 2023 with Open for Traffic by April 2026. Package: Temporary Traffic Management Outline Scope of Works Galliford try is looking for Contractors to provide Provision of temporary traffic management for the construction of the A47 North Tuddenham to Easton Dual Carriageway. Including, but not limited to, installation, maintenance & removal of works access / exit details, layby closures, temporary traffic lights, lane closures, road closures and static traffic management details on the A47 & adjacent side roads. Temporary Traffic Management is to be provided in accordance with Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 8, Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions, National Highways Raising the Bar and sector scheme approval. Programme Anticipated Programme information will be provided in the Invitation to Tender documentation sent to the shortlisted Contractors.
