## Summary

The London Borough of Newham, through its contracting authority oneSource, is inviting expressions of interest for a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Accommodation Based Supported Living Services aimed at adults with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism. The procurement process is currently in the tender stage, with a submission deadline set for 10th October 2019. The selected services will predominantly be provided within the borough, but there may be instances of customers being placed out of borough. The DPS is scheduled to operate for a ten-year period from 1st June 2020 to 31st May 2030, with an initial five-year term and potential extensions based on a value review. The total estimated contract value is £93 million, and it employs a DPS procedure tailored for health and social work services.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) that specialise in health and social care services. Businesses equipped to provide supportive living arrangements that comply with the criteria outlined in the initial selection questionnaire will be well-positioned to compete for contracts within this dynamic purchasing system. Potential providers should be prepared for a two-stage admittance process, ensuring they meet the requisite selection criteria to be invited to submit tenders for one of the eight lots available.
