Lot 1 - General & Recycling Waste Lot 2 - Confidential Waste Regulations require Councils to handle waste in line with Waste Hierarchy and review current practices making sure everything possible is done to reduce, re-use, re-cycle or recover waste. Tenderers are invited to bid for one or more Lots and will be awarded on the basis of the offer that is the most economically advantageous to the Council for each individual Lot.
