## Notice

Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (BSWICB) is exploring options on how to commission their technologies for Virtual Wards. The ICB will be supporting Primary and Secondary care providers build resilient technology enabled Virtual Care services, providing clinically safe patient care away from acute settings. The ICB requires that solutions provided can immediately be upscaled in alignment with trajectories the Integrated Care Service submitted and agreed with NHSE. The full service scope is in the process of being defined. To assist in the scoping of services the BSWICB are seeking to engage with suitably qualified providers to help inform their next steps initially through a questionnaire via MS forms. Additional information: This notice is an information gathering exercise rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore publication or response does not commit Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest. Commissioners are looking to establish what interest there might be in providing such a service from suitably qualified, capable, and competent organisations. Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the commissioners will consider in due course. The services are deemed to be subject to the full regime of current EU procurement legislation and as such (if applicable) any subsequent tender will be conducted in accordance with, and governed by, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This contract will therefore be awarded in accordance with the provisions applicable in Section 5 (sub-section 7) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
