This ITT is to establish a Principle Contractor for the Design and Build of a permanent custom modular GMP facility that not only meets the needs of CPI's upcoming project portfolio but also offers a modular system to which potential additions may be made under this framework and into the future, providing a minimum 50 year lifespan. The initial facility is required to be Operational for 1st October 2021, and with this requirement being raised as a result of CPI's involvement in the UK's response to Covid-19 variants there is a requirement for the ITT to be ran at an accelerated programme to enable appointment of a Principle Contractor for 26th April to enable progression and completion inline with the required programme.
