The scheme is to provide a peer-to-peer network of groups available to people with sight loss and their carers. It will promote access to assistive technology and equipment, provide opportunities for people learn from and support people who have "walked in my shoes" and also provide eye care liaison and associated expert advice in hospital and along the eye care pathway, Vision Connect. The estimated value of the Services to be awarded is approximately PS139,263 across 2 Lots for Year One and PS129,263 from Year 2 onwards.
