## Notice

North West Leicestershire District Council are inviting Tenders for the supply of property valuations and market rent assessments. The assessments will be required for both residential and commercial units that are located in the North West Leicestershire area. The majority of the work will relate to Right to Buy property valuations and will need to be undertaken strictly within a prescribed deadline of 10 days to enable the Council to meet its statutory deadlines.
