## Summary

The Shropshire Council is currently managing a tender for the enabling works of the Ludlow Assembly Rooms, a significant project located in the West Midlands, UK. The procurement process is at the tender stage, with applications for bid documents due by 24th August 2018, and invitations to bid scheduled for release on 28th August 2018. The deadline for submitting bids is at noon on 14th September 2018. This project is funded in part by the European Regional Development Fund, with an estimated contract value of £50,000 and a minimum value of £25,000. The works are classified under building construction, specifically intended for refurbishment and improvements to the heritage site, which includes a Grade II listed building.

This tender presents a valuable opportunity for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), particularly those experienced in heritage building projects. Firms with expertise in construction services that encompass refurbishment, structural repairs, and compliance with health and safety regulations would be well-suited to compete. Interested businesses must demonstrate their capabilities by providing detailed information regarding relevant past projects and safety protocols, which could help them secure new contracts and expand their market reach.
