Consultants will be required: * To advise on all aspects of the disposal of an interest in land including the most appropriate method and the implications thereof. * To implement the instructions of ENGIE by placing property on the market. * To advise ENGIE on suitable applicants, taking into account the Authority's obligations, statutory or other legislative requirements and the Authority's objectives.
