The range of E&AT products and services to be provided under this Framework Agreement must include as a minimum: * The supply of Hardware products including, but not limited to: Keyboards, Mice, Stands, Headsets, Reading Pens, Video Magnifiers, Monitor Arms & Stands, Voice Recorders,. * The supply of Software products including, but not limited to: Dragon, Zoomtext, Read & Write, Supernova, Dolphin JAWS, Claro Read, Inspirations. * Training: a range of suitable training courses to support staff in the use of E&AT products. * Technical Support & Consultancy Services including, but not limited to: o General consultancy services, Technical consultancy services, including configuration and implementation advice; o Product Support services (hardware and software) including licence audit/review services; o Specialist product advice and support for complex E&AT purchases where such purchases cannot be made via the "Access To Work" route. * HelpDesk Support Services - including, but not limited to: o email/phone support for Users o responding to general enquiries and providing advice - both pre and post Sales.
