## Notice

The addresses form a programme of works which has come from the Data & Planning team following stock condition analysis of PIMMS data. The programme covers 45 properties over a 16-week contract period, for an estimated value of PS200,000. This is a one-off programme. The contract will be closely managed with a strong contract administrator and clerk of works holding regular site meetings and measuring KPIs. This contract will be measured by the time on site, quality, customer satisfaction and number of defects.
