Officers will issue Legal Notices and Fixed Penalty Notices on behalf of the Council in relation to offences under the Highways Act 1980, Environmental Protection Act 1990, Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
