To help qualify the estimated value of requirement- the Contract will run for up to 2 years from the Commencement Date. The GDC has the option to extend the duration of the contract by up to 12-months. In any event the total contract value will not exceed PS177K exclusive of VAT or PS213K including VAT. The contract will automatically terminate on either the expiry date or on reaching the maximum contract value, whichever occurs first.
