The works comprise of the demolition, general site clearance, removal of asbestos containing materials and accommodation works comprising of fencing and statement of hardstanding. The site must be well secured by use of appropriate fencing during the contract. The contract will be for a duration of 5 weeks commencing 24th July 2023. The contract will be awarded to a single supplier. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. It is however a recommendation not a condition of the tender, therefore and if a potential supplier wishes to visit the site then they should read the following information and act on it accordingly. Open morning has been assigned to view the site and building which will take place on Friday 9th June 2023 between 9:00am and 10:00am. THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER OPPORTUNITY TO INTERNALLY INSPECT THE SITE.
