Several roof areas identified in the schedule of works. o Supply and lay new insulation and roof finish. Site Visits: Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works. The works to be carried out and completed between Wednesday 22nd July 2021 with completion by Friday 27th August 2021. The form of contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016.
