The site condition, is that all existing roof covering is to be prepared as detailed in the specification and proposed roof is to be a minimum of 100mm to all roof areas affected by the works. You quotation is to show the cost per block, in case the project has to be reduced to suit the funds approved. * The provisional date of the 1st delivery for roof Block A. is to be during w/c 7/5/19. * The provisional programme of the deliveries is Block A ~ Block F ~ Block E ~ Block D ~ Block B ~ Block C and Block G. Your proposed tender is to be submitted on company header paper and is to show the cost relating to each roof area complete, in case the project has to be carried out in phases. A breakdown on the SOW issued is to be provided to show the cost of work and the associated shipping costs. This will be required before our order is placed. Tenderers are required to download and complete the attached tender documentation and submit along with all the requested information including their quotation in accordance with the attached documentation. We encourage tenderers to provide their anticipated lead-in period from receipt of an official order.
