Following the completion of stock condition surveys, it has identified the fire doors to many of the retail units are non-compliant, due to changes in regulations and/or general wear and tear. The works will provide a safer environment for commercial residents and customers / members of the public. It has been highlighted via Stock Condition Surveys that a large number of Final Exit Doors at commercial properties are either in a poor state of repair or non-compliant with current regulations.
