The Resource Centre will be a flexible, demand-led facility offering technical assistance to: - Partner country governments - FCDO Posts (in the form of scoping studies and political economy analysis) - Regional organisations specialising in tax and public financial management The Resource Centre will offer technical assistance either on a short (less than 6 months), medium (6 to 12 months) or long-term basis (over 12 months) and may offer multi-year interventions (which are similar to traditional bilateral programmes).
