This will involve; o Refurbish gates, remove youth club panels etc. o Ground floor 0.04 - convert the area into a 2 person office and kitchenette. o 0.10b - remove kitchen equipment and make good the area for increased space for the rowing machines. o 0.12 - refurbish female changing room including showers. o 0.13 - refurbish male changing room including showers. o 0.14 - refurbish male toilets. o 0.15 - refurbish disabled toilets. o 0.16 - refurbish female toilets. o 0.18 - refurbish unisex toilets. o Stairwell 1 - refurbish. Stairwell 2 - refurbish. Stairwell 3 -refurbish. o Ground floor circulation areas - replace flooring and redecorate Ground floor changing room circulation area - replace flooring and redecorate. o Watershed First floor - Open space into one open studio including room 1.14. 1.06 -repaint male toilets.1.08 - repaint disabled toilets .1.02 - refurbish accessible shower room but remove the shower and just leave the toilet. 1.15 - refurbish accessible toilet or remove and make into storage for rowing team.
