The design works are complete to a RIBA Stage 3 standard and the successful contractor will be required to undertake the necessary due diligence for and completion of the architectural, civil and structural engineering, MEP engineering, landscaping and such other design as is required to allow the complete construction of all parts of the works. The construction works shall comprise site works including site access roads, earthworks, enabling works, statutory services connections to existing, access roads, car parks, landscaping and drainage. Certain off site temporary and permanent works, including services, drainage and highways works are identified in the works information and will form part of the works. Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ (Due North) to manage tender processes.
