The Services will include sample collection, test requesting, transportation, testing and electronic reporting for a comprehensive range of routine and esoteric tests and histopathology samples. The Service Provider, and all sub-contractors, must operate in line with all appropriate guidelines and accreditations, including ISO 15189. The service must be available to NHS bodies and other Participating Authorities across the United Kingdom. The framework agreement will be split into the following Lots: Lot 1 - Routine and Esoteric Pathology Testing Lot 2 - Genetic and Genomic Tests Lot 3 - Toxicology Testing Lot 4 - Cytology Screening and Testing Lot 5 - Histopathology Reporting Additional information: TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement is appended to the ISIT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Framework Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
