There may also be a requirement to carry out smoke and CO alarm servicing/renewal throughout the period of the contract. And we a looking to select two Suppliers a Primary and Secondary to partner with the Authority in delivery to the varying housing stock we manage. Our housing stock exist in the North, South, East and West of the City of Nottingham, so it is beneficial that the Providers have offices within the 20-mile radius to manage our day today operational requirements.
