## Notice

In order to best design and deliver the support service, we expect the successful tenderer to complete the following work: * A service design recommendations report and associated design prototypes; and * A capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development This will involve: * Participation in user research * Translation of user research insights into actionable plans * Developing solutions and prototyping * Online safety service design recommendations * Capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development * Strategic advice in alpha and beta
