Technical competency Kent HoldCo is looking for an external auditor who appreciates that the Companies' ultimate parent is a Local authority, Kent County Council. Kent HoldCo is looking to work with an experienced team, with agile ways of working and efficient means of collecting evidence. The auditors should have significant experience of delivering audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (UK) (ISAs (UK)) and applicable law. The auditors should also have significant experience of working in accordance with the ethical requirements that are relevant to the audit of statements in the UK, including the FRC's Ethical Standard.
