## Notice

The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) is conducting a competitive procurement exercise to appoint one Service Provider from suppliers approved under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM6187, Lot 4 Finance. We are seeking expert support to work in close partnership with our Finance and Planning team, to design and implement a refreshed business planning process. This new approach should be developed and embedded within the organisation ahead of the next planning cycle, which begins October 2025. There may also be a requirement for continued support to help run the process effectively through to its completion. Our goal is to renew and streamline our planning process so that it plays a more prominent and strategic role across the organisation. The refreshed process should provide clearer strategic direction, enhance accountability, improve operational efficiency and establish a robust framework for developing a forward looking three-year business plan.
