This ITT is to provide a Professional Catering Service provision to Someries Infant School in Luton, Bedfordshire. Investment to the service would be considered but is not essential. Additional information: Caterers must have experience in providing a food service provision to Infant or Primary Schools. A strong local management, presence within the area and the ability to provide local purchasing will be very important. Menus that comply to the Soil Association Bronze accreditation would considered as a given, with the aspiration for the Silver accreditation as short term goal. So a partner who can tailor menus, develop dining room experiences, create lasting food memories that engages all School stakeholders will be an essential requirement.
