The contract will be split into two geographic areas as follows: * Lot 1 Midlands * Lot 2 East and South of England The contract for the provision of the service is expected to commence on 1st June 2018. The Contracts for both Lots will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (on a 1 + 1 basis) based on acceptable performance in line with the KPIs. The contract will be JCT MTC 2016 with amendments. Tenderers are able to submit for either one or both Lots. All documents are available to download from Proactis at www.housingprocurement.com. Tenderers will need to register on the website (free) then search for the tender in 'opportunities' under Orbit Housing and register interest to view documents and submit a response. Orbit reserve the right not to award any agreement or to award any individual services pursuant to an agreement.
