This will involve applying the previously developed Net Zero Delivery Tracker methodology to the fiscal package, conducting budget tagging and emissions estimate modelling. Due to the nature of the fiscal package, new approaches to emissions estimate modelling may be required for individual line items. As an example of the expected output, please see this report based on applying the Net Zero Delivery Tracker to the Autumn 2021 Budget and Comprehensive Spending Review. Deliverables * Engagement with WWF-UK's work on Net Zero Delivery Tracker until now, including all Excel-based analysis * Attendance at full-day knowledge transfer workshop with technical experts who previously worked on the modelling * Budget tagging analysis and emissions modelling of Budget, presented in accessible report format, along with delivery of underpinning analysis Required expertise Experienced economist or team of economists with strong quantitative modelling expertise and some experience of undertaking economic modelling in an environmental context, preferably including use of emissions estimates.
