The Contract to be offered to the successful Bidder at the end of this Procurement will be for a duration of 3 years, which is intended to run from 1st April 2021 until 31st March 2024 with the possibility of one extension of up to 2 years, subject to any restrictions placed nationally by NHS England or the Department of Health. The anticipated, maximum total contract value (including any potential extensions) is PS2,269,735; with an annual value estimated at PS453,947. For the purposes of the Procurement, Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust will act as the Contracting Authority and manage the contract on behalf of The North West London Health and Care Partnership (NHS Brent Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Central London Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS West London Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, and NHS West London NHS Trust).
