These can be tailored to reflect different target audiences as defined in the tenderer's Campaign Strategy. Target audiences for the campaign include: - Youth - Environmentally interested adults - General public The tenderer should be prepared to have the outputs translated into Sinhala and Tamil for outlets in those languages
