## Notice

The Council currently have 106 buildings it iss responsible for to conduct Fire risk assessments (FRAs). The Council programs the FRA over a three-year period. The Council anticipates between 50 and 70 sites will be needing a new FRA during initial term of the contract. The contract will run for a period of 12 months from the date of the commencement of services with an option to extend up to a period of a further 12 months.
