The programme, aimed at boosting community engagement in adult learning and building sustainable local networks, will run from September 2024 to August 2026. Delivery will take place from September 2024 - August 2026. The contract will be award for an initial term of 1 yr with the option to extend for a further year subject to budget The GLA is seeking a supplier (Evaluator) to deliver an evaluation of the Community Outreach Programme. The evaluation will cover process, outcomes, the impact of the programme and recommendations on how it could be improved. The evaluation should incorporate organisational experiences and the participant's voice. The tender is published under Light Touch Regime (Schedule 3 Services Under PCR 2015).
