## Summary

The tender by Health Education England is focused on the production and integration of STOMP materials as part of its e-Learning for Healthcare programme. Classified under education and training services, the procurement process is currently in the open tender stage, with responses due by 29th October 2019. The contract period is set to commence on 11th November 2019 and will run until 31st March 2020. This procurement presents a significant opportunity for businesses that specialise in educational content development, e-learning solutions, and instructional design. Companies with experience in mental health training and the provision of blended learning solutions for both general audiences and specialist professionals will be particularly well-suited to compete. The open nature of the procurement process encourages small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to participate, fostering an inclusive environment for innovative educational approaches that can enhance the delivery of crucial healthcare training.
